When Prosper wanted to develop a sales flow to attract potential students looking for financial freedom, they turned to me for marketing optimization and design. On the landing page, I introduced credibility elements, layout, a more engaging hero shot, and a very prominent CTA to keep prospects moving forward. For subsequent pages, I created the progress bar to help reduce the perceived length of the process, and I included additional fear-reducing copy and credibility elements. I used my Marketing Experiments Certification training to reduce friction in the sales process and to incite more click-through's. We continued testing this flow until we achieved increased conversion rates.
